With spring just around the corner, the bikes are coming out of storage and itching to hit the road. So are the captains and stokers of the TandemEyes family.
Our orientation for returning and new cycle enthusiasts will be on Saturday April 25 from 10 am - 12 noon. It will be held at the Peterborough Rugby Club at Nicholls Oval, which is at the corner of Armour Road and Parkhill. To ride with TandemEyes, the orientation is mandatory. It gives new cyclists some insight into the joy of riding a tandem and returning cyclist a refresher after a long, cold winter. There will be time spent riding the tandems as well as an overview of the requirements for riding safely on tandem bikes.
We look forward to meeting new cycling friends and seeing the smiling faces of those who are coming back. Please bring your helmet and some warm clothes, hopefully we won't need the latter.
If you require more information or have any questions, kindly go to the contact page to contact us. Also, updates will be posted in this section prior to the orientation so please check frequently closer to the date. If the event needs to be changed or cancelled due to inclement weather, a post will be made.
