Ride Details

For 2026 our group rides occur on Wednesday evenings of each week starting May 27 and ending August 26. 

Captains pick up the tandem bikes at the Townsend St storage site at 5:40 pm (20 minutes before the ride), then ride to the Silver Bean to meet stokers and make the necessary bike adjustments to ensure a 6:00 SHARP start. We return to the Silver Bean between 7:45 and 8:00 pm.

Stokers meet at the Silver Bean at 5:45 pm to wait for captains and tandems to arrive.

All leaders, sweeps, captains and stokers must bring a helmet, suitable footwear (no sandals or open toe shoes), appropriate clothing for weather, water bottle, and snacks if needed.
